Are your mooncakes imported?
不是。Linger Longer 的所有月饼均坚持在墨尔本本地纯手工制作、新鲜烘焙。我们精选优质食材与传统工艺，希望把最新鲜的中秋味道带给每一个家庭。
No. Every Linger Longer mooncake is handmade and freshly baked right here in Melbourne. We use carefully chosen ingredients and traditional techniques, so the taste of Mid-Autumn reaches your family as fresh as it can be.

Q2 为什么需要提前预订？
Why do I need to pre-order?
因为我们坚持现做现烤、小批量生产。每天生产数量有限，为确保品质，所有礼盒均采用预约制作。建议尽早预订，以确保您希望的取货或配送日期。
Because everything is baked fresh, in small batches. Daily production is limited, and every gift box is made to order to protect quality. The earlier you book, the better we can secure your preferred pickup or delivery date.

Q3 你们每天都会生产吗？
Do you bake every day?
会。中秋期间，我们会根据当天订单安排生产。每一批月饼都由师傅手工制作，当天或次日包装完成。
We do. Throughout the Mid-Autumn season, each day’s baking is scheduled around that day’s orders. Every batch is shaped by hand and packed the same day or the next.

Q4 为什么数量有限？
Why are quantities limited?
因为坚持纯手工制作。从揉皮、包馅、压模、烘烤到包装，每一个步骤都由团队亲手完成。我们更愿意坚持品质，而不是无限量生产。
Because everything is made by hand. From rolling the dough and wrapping the filling to pressing, baking and packing, every step is done by our own team. We would rather hold on to quality than produce without limit.

Q5 月饼为什么没有进口月饼那么长的保质期？
Why don’t they keep as long as imported mooncakes?
因为我们的月饼不是为了长期保存而制作。我们更重视新鲜口感，因此建议收到后及时冷藏保存，并在最佳赏味期内享用。
Because ours are not made to sit on a shelf. Freshness comes first — we recommend refrigerating them soon after they arrive and enjoying them within the best-before window.

Q6 收到礼盒后需要马上放冰箱吗？
Should the box go straight into the fridge?
建议是。尤其天气较热时，请收到后尽快冷藏。食用前提前回温，即可恢复最佳口感。
Ideally, yes — especially in warmer weather. Simply bring them back to room temperature before serving and they will taste their best.

Q7 月饼没有马上吃完怎么办？
What if we can’t finish them right away?
• 3–5 天内食用：冷藏保存。
• 超过 5 天：密封冷冻保存。
食用前提前自然解冻即可。
• Eating within 3–5 days: keep refrigerated.
• Longer than 5 days: seal well and freeze.
Thaw naturally before serving.

Why do colours vary between flavours?
因为我们使用天然食材，例如抹茶、可可、紫薯、斑斓。不同批次天然食材颜色略有变化，属于正常现象。
Because we use natural ingredients — matcha, cocoa, purple sweet potato, pandan. A little colour variation from batch to batch is completely normal.

Does low-sugar mean less flavour?
不是。低糖并不代表寡淡。我们减少糖分，保留食材本身的香气与层次，希望吃得更轻盈，依然满足。
Not at all. Less sugar does not mean less taste. We simply dial the sweetness back and let the ingredients speak for themselves — lighter, and every bit as satisfying.

不会。Linger Longer 坚持每年中秋限量制作。所有月饼均为当季新鲜生产，只属于这一年的中秋。因为我们相信，真正值得分享的月饼，不应该跨越一年，只应该陪伴一个团圆。
Never. Linger Longer bakes a limited batch fresh for each Mid-Autumn, and every mooncake belongs to this season only. We believe a mooncake worth sharing should never span a year — it should keep company with one reunion, and one alone.
