70% dark chocolate mousse, morello cherry compote, chocolate chiffon and a decadent dark chocolate glaze.

Please note: We require 2 days notice for cakes to be freshly made. Our mousse cake are frozen products, glazed and decorated fresh every day morning. Need more time to thaw in winter season before serving. After thawed need to be keep in the fridge.
